1. Submit State
If you got malware / virus infection which left undetected by our combined antivirus / antimalware engine – you could use our Submit State functionality integrated in Exterminate It! and briefly describe your problem there.
Shortly you will receive the email notification from our Support Department. After that all you need is to update your Exterminate It! copy and do one more scan – to find / eliminate the nasty threat. Otherwise your will receive the response from our PC professional with detailed further instructions – how to solve your PC problem.
2. Online Support
Otherwise if you have any questions / issues – you could contact our Support Dept – by using this Support link and creating new ticket. Responses notifications are received via email. So please make sure that you provided the correct email.
