I managed to get my main PC infected by the Koobface virus. I put up with it's constant interruptions as it presented me with the fake virus screens offering to correct the problems for me. This continued for a couple of days. I ran both SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware several times and neither of them cleaned my PC of this irritating virus. Then I found your Exterminate It! product and decided to give it a chance to succeed where my other attempts had failed.

Just want to say that apparently your Exterminate It has worked like a charm. I was infected with a most troublesome Malware Trojan that kept replicating every time McAfee found, blocked and removed it... most annoying for several days... until Mr. Google led me to your door. What a God send!

Just want to let you know this is a great product. We bought it but it didn't get rid of the CID popups. We let you know and within 2 days we had a fix. Now we are CID free. My husband says this is the best money we've spent on a software product in recent years. We had been trying for 2 years (on and off) to get rid of these annoying CID popups and now we are CID free. Hello, bought a license for your antivirus tool and I must say it was totally awesome! It cleaned TDSServ trojan which was a real pain in the ass for the last 8 months and it also found and killed Virtumonde together with all its files and a few other low level infections. I was already thinking about formatting and losing tons of information when I found your tool on the internet.

Thank you for your follow-up. I did indeed use the Submit State feature last night and this morning, your team sent me instructions to run an 'update' and then re-run Exterminate It! on the PC. I just finished that process and the new update wiped it out. I ran my regular anti-spy/anti-virus to double-check and it wasn't able to detect it either. A Big thanks to you people, who have developed this product. My Windows XP Media Center OS was infected with Win32.Renos, Backdoor, XPAntivirus, Xta.kill trojans, spyware as I use rapidshare links a lot. I have licensed McAfee, which is good for nothing and was unable to protect my laptop from these malwares. I tried trial version of Bit Defender, Sunbelt Spyware, Claim Win, A-Squared, but they were unable to do a complete detection and removal of malwares. Exterminate listed all the malwares and registry changes done by them, like task manager, registry edit was disabled. I bought a single PC license, activated, scanned my system thrice and my system is now free from all malwares and viruses and running absolutely fine. I still have to use Mcafee as I have a licensed version but buying Exterminate IT is a worth of £20 spent on it. I will recommend this to everyone who use P2P sites or rapidshare or torrents. Now, I dont have to worry about any malware as I have Exterminate in my system.

After scanning my computer many times using big name anti-virus and malware programs I still had several problems. Finally "Exterminate It" found multiple infections from NetSky. I sent Exterminate It a sample and the next day I received an e-mail instructing me to update and rescan. After following the instructions ZAP the worm/trojan was gone. My computer seems to be completly back to normal now. Good Job Exterminate It!

I purchased Exterminate It! yesterday, as a last ditch effort from having to scratch load an XP Pro workstation, which was infected with the WOWfx Trojan.

In short, your product eliminated all malware on the system. It was the only commercially available product that not only detected the problems, but "eliminated" them.

For the record, I attempted using:
The registered versions of Spyware Doctor, XSoft Antispyware, CA Antispyware and the free version of Adaware, which all recognized, but failed to clean my system.

In recent weeks, my computer has been infected with malware and adware that just would not quit. A*G G*****t failed to remove them. S****t just froze up. Another anti-virus program just sat there and looked at me. So I purchased Exterminate It! This was the only anti-virus program I could find that would recognize and remove particularly pesky viruses from my computer. But even more impressive, they allow subscribers to send in descriptions of new viruses they encounter, and they will design a way to remove the virus and send out to you an update. I submitted the description of a virus to them, and a couple of days later they sent to me an update that cleanly removed it. If you run into viruses that just won't quit, give this anti-virus program a try. It's cheap and removes the viruses that the other anti-virus programs can't touch for some reason.

A lot of the smart viruses and Trojan horses today try really hard and prevent you form going to the main anti-virus and "cleanup" sort of product including microsoft own tools. They actually block your access to those sites.

A couple of weeks ago my wife's laptop got totally infected (she must be browsing porn) and I ended up finding a little known program that did most of the clean up and then followed up with Microsoft tools that are available on their site and successfully cleaned everything with the exception of one item i had to get rid of manually.

Name of the product is Exterminate it. Worked pretty well.

I have had major computer issues in the last week. I was infected with the Darksma and Vundo downloader trojans. After researching the net for possible solutions, i found they are extremely difficult to remove. I tried a variety of spyware removal tools to no avail. To do it manually is near on impossible.

The symptoms are, computer runs slow, constant ad pop ups, hijacking of emails, theft of information and locking of a variety of functions.

I then found buried deep in a google search a link to Exterminate It. After reading it, I downloaded to do a free scan and a lot of stuff no other spyware had found showed up. So i went searching the locations and sure enough the files where there on my system. I tried removing them with no luck. So i spent the $25 usa to activate.

It removed all but 4. I was disappointed that the Trojans once again reloaded and my problems continued. So, i used the SUBMIT STATE service. I supplied all the info i could gather, pop up addys and what they were for , what others programs had found and Exterminate had missed etc. Within 24 hours i received and email telling me they had updated there system and to download it. I rescanned the system and it deleted all the previous locked files.

Darksma and Vundo downloader trojans have not done their re appearing act since and my comp is running normal again.

It's worth remembering the addy or downloading it to see what it finds. I had no problems doing so in anyway with this program. They done what they said they would on there web site in under the time frame.

After days of searching on the net for a solution to my probelm and reading how much of a problem it was to fix and trying a number of other programs. I got now where. I found a link to Exterminate It somewhere buried deep in a google search. That was my lucky day. The update you done seems to have solved all the problems and all this in under 24 hours. Exterminate it! Has ultimately eliminated Trojan Vundo at last. It's ability of eliminating virus was way beyond what I have expected, and way beyond some of the other programs I've used.

Having wasted better part of a day on a Vundo infection, which none of the antivirus/antispyware solutions I normally use came even close to handling (one of them actually compounded the problem due to a partial fix, causing all browsers to seemingly lose connectivity after a few seconds), Exterminate It! fixed it in a single pass and one restart.

My computer worked insanely slow and I got all sorts of silly advertisement whenever I got onto the Internet. At a friend’s advice, I gave Exterminate-It a try and was glad that I did!

I scanned and kicked out all that adware that’d caused my PC to be so slow!
